Reviews of the Best 6 Burner Gas Grills
When it comes to grills, Weber is one of the leading manufacturers. They have proven to always provide you with some of the highest quality grills on the market, and their Genesis II E-610 makes no exception.
It features an open cart design with mainly steel construction, making the unit durable and long lasting.
The cooking surface offers around 770 square inches as primary cooking space and around 228 square inches as warming rack which can be tucked away. The grates are made of porcelain enameled cast iron material and are reversible from both sides, which means that there is one thin side and one wider side. The thin sear side is perfect for delicate food such as fish or shrimps while the wide sear sides can be mostly used for meats and thick sear marks on food.
Just like the other Genesis models and the new generation models from Weber, this model comes equipped with their GS4 Grilling system, which is a package of reliable Infinity ignition, high-performance tube burners, flavorizer bars, and advanced grease management system.
The flavorizer bars are positioned in such a way to catch drippings and turn them into enhanced smoky flavor for the food. Any other not vaporized drippings are funneled down into the dripping catch pan for you to clean up later.
Also, the Infinity ignition system lights up the burners every time you turn the knob, without needing to wait or try several times.
This model is iGrill3 ready for you to connect Weber’s digital Bluetooth thermometer, and it comes with 10 Years of Warranty, which is more than enough for everyone.
